DIBA Deals is a Canadian-focused affiliate deal aggregator. We curate and display product offers from merchants we partner with through affiliate networks including Amazon Associates, CJ Affiliate, and Impact.com. When you click a deal, you're redirected to the merchant's site, where any purchase is handled directly by the merchant under their own terms. DIBA Deals is not the seller, does not process payments, and does not ship products.
We make every effort to display accurate prices, discount percentages, and stock levels. However:
The price shown on the merchant's site at checkout is the authoritative price. DIBA Deals is not liable for pricing discrepancies, stockouts, or the availability of any deal.
We select deals based on our editorial judgment about value to Canadian shoppers. We earn affiliate commissions on many (but not all) deals we list. Receiving a commission does not influence which deals we choose to feature — see our Affiliate Disclosure for full details.
Don't use the Site to:
Deal links take you to third-party merchant sites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, product quality, shipping, returns, or customer service. Any dispute about a product or purchase must be resolved directly with the merchant.
The DIBA Deals name, logo, and original site content are ours. Merchant logos, product images, and product descriptions belong to their respective owners and are used under affiliate-partnership terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIBA Deals is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any deal listed here. Our total liability to you, if any, is limited to CAD $100.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal Canadian law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
