DIBA Deals ("we", "us", "our") operates dibadeals.com and dibadeals.ca. We respect your privacy and comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Quebec's Law 25 where applicable. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what choices you have.

We use industry-standard measures: HTTPS everywhere, Supabase encrypted storage, Vercel's infrastructure security. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the limited data we hold.
DIBA Deals is intended for adults in Canada and the United States. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have done so, email us immediately and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as our practices evolve or the law changes. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
