Help shoppers discover trustworthy, high-value deals quickly and confidently.
Every Monday morning, DIBA Deals publishes a weekly roundup of top Amazon deals across eight categories. The picks are automated using a quality-weighted scoring algorithm — we don't take sponsorships or payments to feature specific products.
For each category, our system looks at every active Amazon deal in our database and scores it based on four factors:
Deals that score below zero — typically because the current price is above the 30-day median, signaling fake MSRP inflation — are disqualified automatically.
The specific formula lives in our codebase and is open to refinement based on what we observe over time. If you spot a pick that doesn't belong, let us know via the contact form.
We track each product's price and judge a “deal” against the 30-day median we've actually seen — not the sticker “list price.” If today's price is above that median, it isn't a deal, and it's disqualified automatically. Links are also re-checked automatically every night, so dead deals come off the board.
We earn an affiliate commission when you buy through our links — that's how the site keeps the lights on, and it's disclosed on every page. But nobody can pay to be featured: weekly picks are chosen by a scoring formula, not a sales meeting, and we don't take sponsorships to promote specific products.
Prices come straight from each merchant's product feed, and deals marked “Verified” have had their link checked and confirmed working within the last two weeks. Prices can still move between our check and your click, so always confirm the final price at the merchant's checkout — that's the source of truth, not us.
DIBA Deals is not a big company. There's no head office, no marketing department, no team page full of stock-photo handshakes. There's Alex - one Canadian who got tired of “deal” sites where the deal was mostly for the site - and an automated nightly check that re-verifies every live link, so lapsed offers and broken links don't stick around.
The site runs on a simple grudge: too much of Canadian discounting is theatre. A “list price” gets inflated, a red slash goes through it, and suddenly paying regular price feels like winning. DIBA keeps a ledger instead - every pick is scored against the price history we actually track, and anything that only looks like a deal gets shown the door.
Honestly, being small is part of the deal. Messages sent through the contact form are read and answered by a real person, not a ticket queue. And because picks are chosen by a scoring formula rather than a sales pitch, nobody can pay their way onto the page. When DIBA earns a commission on something you buy, that's disclosed right here on the site - it's how the lights stay on, not how the picks get made.
Prices on DIBA Deals are pulled directly from each merchant's product feed and shown as that merchant reports them. Most of our partners are Canadian retailers billing in CAD, but we are still working through our full catalog to confirm currency labeling store by store — so occasionally a price may reflect the merchant's listed currency rather than a confirmed CAD value.
We do not apply our own foreign-exchange conversion or add approximation symbols — what you see is the value we received from the merchant feed. We are actively auditing and correcting currency labels across the catalog as part of ongoing quality work.
Always confirm the final price, currency, taxes, and shipping directly on the merchant page before purchase. The merchant's checkout is the source of truth, not DIBA.

DIBA Deals participates in affiliate programs (including Amazon Associates, CJ Affiliate, and Impact.com). This site contains affiliate links: when you click a deal and complete a qualifying purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
As an Amazon Associate, DIBA Deals earns from qualifying purchases. Commissions do not influence which deals are featured or how they're badged. A deal shows our "Verified" badge only when its link has been checked and confirmed working within the last two weeks — deals without a recent check simply show no badge, regardless of commission rate.
Prices and availability change frequently; always confirm on the merchant's site before you buy. For the complete policy, read our Affiliate Disclosure.
