Lightweight aluminum stand allows you to change the height of the target to suit your workout or exercise. The heights at the center of the target hoop are 106", 114", 122" and 130". Use the low profile adapter to return the target to the 76” setting.

The two-piece 24" steel target can be adjusted in 45 degree increments, from horizontal to vertical and in between. Steel frame/base: The sturdy, welded steel frame ensures the stability of the device and prevents it from tipping during use. Easy to install net with velcro.
