Slalom Training Poles The FORZA Slalom Training Poles are designed to improve agility, footwork, speed, and directional changes during sports training sessions. Sold in packs of 8, these 1.83 m spring-loaded poles are ideal for soccer, football, rugby, and a variety of athletic training drills. Manufactured from shatterproof plastic with a diameter of 3.8 cm, the poles are built to withstand repeated impacts during intensive training.

The integrated spring-loaded bases enhance player safety by allowing the poles to flex upon contact and return to their original position. Each pole includes a long stainless-steel ground spike for secure installation on natural grass surfaces. Optional 2.3 kg rubber bases (sold separately) are available for use on hard surfaces and artificial turf, providing excellent stability in any training environment.
